Natural Tresses prides itself in offering excellent customer friendly services and offers 15 minute complimentary consultations to new clients (this doesn't apply to SisterlockTM consultations). Appointments are not scheduled without a consultation.
Our goal is to offer you our undivided attention as a client in our intimate setting. To achieve this goal we ask that you do NOT bring guest at time of consultation or service. Our space can only accommodate individuals who are being serviced.
Some services will require a deposit before an appointment can be secured. Your Image Consultant will inform you accordingly.
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please phone your Image Consultant informing them of your late arrival. Please note, your Image Consultant reserves the right to cancel if you're more than 15 minutes late and vice versa. If you're late and your appointment is kept it will end as scheduled.
In an effort to reserve your privacy we ask that you keep all cell phone calls to a minimum during your service. We strive to create a serene experience for you and ask that you keep all language and conversations appropriate.
No show/no calls and cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be assessed a $45 fee to obtain a new appointment in addition to any other necessary deposit and service fees to secure a new appointment. If a deposit has been paid it becomes nonrefundable. Please note, your Image Consultant reserves the right to NOT reschedule.
In an effort to provide a great experience for you, we ask that you do not book other appointments that will interfere with your time needed for your service. We want you to be relaxed and enjoy your time at our Studio while being serviced.
You will be informed of the cost for your service during your consultation. Should you request additional service(s) during time of service (after your consultation) there will be an upcharge. The service will only be rendered if time permits. Some services will not be scheduled without a deposit. Deposits are forfeited if you fail to cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Full payment in the form of cash, Zelle, or money order is collected upon arrival for service (checks are not accepted). SisterLocksTM are paid as follows: $50 consultation fee (to be deducted if installment service takes place within 25 days of consultation otherwise it is converted into a consultation fee). 50% of total install fee is due upon arrival of 1st day of install session and remaining 50% of total cost of installation is due on last day of service. If installation is completed in 1 day the installation fee is due 100% upon arrival. Zelle payments can be sent to: [email protected].
REFUND POLICY: Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment for all styles EXCEPT SisterlockTM. SisterLockTM deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. All deposits and payments are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other persons.
SATISFACTION POLICY: Please evaluate your hair style thoroughly prior to leaving Studio and inform your Image Consultant of any concerns you have immediately. Refunds are not given if you leave Studio without stating your concern. If there is a concern and an agreement can not be reached, the hair style will be washed out/removed and 50% refund will be issued. If you refuse to have hair style removed, it will be assumed that you are pleased with your style and there is no concern and a refund will not be given. Braids, Interlocs, and/or SisterlocksTM will not be removed or refunded if more than 7 have been installed.
